NCCR Automation enables us to study “control” problems at different levels, ranging from strategic human behaviors to inter-system coordination.
Kenan Zhang is a tenure-track Assistant Professor at EPFL and leads the Laboratory for Human-Oriented Mobility Eco-system (HOMES). She received her BS degree from Tsinghua University, MS from Carnegie Mellon University, and PhD from Northwestern University. Before joining EPFL, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at ETH Zurich. Her research interests center on the modeling and optimization of urban transportation system and mobility service market.
